In addition to offering free residential and commercial estimates that include a personal visit to your home or jobsite, Overhead Door Company of Denver will visit your Estimating, Purchasing, or Architectural departments and deliver a presentation about our company’s products and services. These educational sessions are designed to address the following questions that commonly arise:
- Which product is best for this particular application?
- When evaluating competitive overhead door bids, what are the few major items to look for to ensure that each bid is on a level playing field?
- What “tricks” do certain companies use to appear to meet specifications?
- How can I “value engineer” this project to achieve the same function at a lesser cost?
- When writing a specification, which technical information is important to include and which information is irrelevant?
