Interior/Exterior

The JetRoll® 687BW is a durable, easy-to-maintain, high-speed door designed primarily for interior applications. The 2.0mm PVC impregnated fabric is strong and tough, making it a good choice in environmentally sensitive areas, as well as in areas. A full complement of vision options, actuators, and door sizes to fit openings up to 14' x 14' (4267mm x 4267mm) are available. These make the JetRoll® 687BW an economical choice for demanding interior environments where a high-cycle, high-performance door is required.

The JetRoll® 693’s high performance also translates to low maintenance, thanks to design innovations like the direct-drive motor which eliminates the costly repair of counterbalance springs, and our self-healing Back-on-TrackTMfeature that automatically resets the door after a break-out condition. Specialty

The JetRoll® 696 Series offers all the benefits of a flexible, high-performance door in a non-motorized model. Designed to fit interior openings up to 14' x 14' (4267mm x 4267mm), the 696 Series curtain is fabricated of 2.0mm PVC impregnated fabric for strength, energy conservation, and to minimize noise, dust and dirt. An optional heavy-duty, vinyl-coated screen or a 1.0mm reinforced vinyl options, make this flexible rolling door even more flexible for multiple interior applications.

Rolling Service Fire Doors

The 630 / 631 / 634 Series rolling steel, fire-rated service doors offer superior protection wherever a listed fire door is required. Common applications include factories, warehouses, mills, distribution centers and parking garages. Customized fire doors are available for conveyor openings. These doors feature fusible links mounted on both sides of the wall that separate to automatically close the door. UL recommends a 165°F (74°C) fuse link for ambient conditions for 100oF (38°C) or less, or a 212°F (100°C) fuse link for ambient conditions over 100oF (38°C). Added protection features, such as Fire SentinelTMand FireLite® vision lites are optional.

Counter Fire Doors

The 640 and 641 Series doors are ideal for openings requiring a counter-type fire-rated door. Common applications include factories, schools, concessions, hospitals, cafeterias and retail settings. Labeled with either a 3-hour Class A rating for masonry applications, or a 1-1/2-hour Class B label in non-masonry fire walls, these doors are designed to expand upward in a fire, allowing the guides to be installed flush with the sill. Their compact, box-like form also provides an attractive finished appearance that requires minimum sideroom. The 640 Series has exposed components made of primed galvanized steel while the 641 Series exposed components are of stainless steel.

Integral Frame & Sill Fire Counter Doors

The 660 / 661 / 662 Series integral frame counter fire doors provide a handsome finished appearance for a variety of applications, including food service counters. Available for opening sizes up to 9' x 4' (2743mm x 1219mm), these doors carry a UL 1-1/2-hour Class B label and are factory assembled as a complete unit with fully welded frames. The frame comprises 16-gauge jambs and header, and is complemented by a 14-gauge sill, plus hood and fascia. Added protection features, such as Fire SentinelTMare available as options.

Side Folding-Full Enclosure

• Model MD operates doors up to 14' (4267mm) in height and 560 pounds (254kg). It has a built-in safety system that automatically reverses during the closing cycle. It is available as a trolley-type or side- mounted unit.
• Model SEL+ is designed to operate doors up to 18' (5486mm) in height and 850 pounds (386kg). It is available as a trolley-type or side-mounted unit.
• Model JST+ is designed to operate doors up to 21' (6401mm) in height and 1400 pounds (635kg). It is available as a trolley-type, side-mounted, or center-mounted unit.
• Model L+ is a heavy-duty commercial operator designed to operate doors up to 25' (7620mm) in height and 1500 pounds (680kg). It is available as a trolley-type (20:1 gear ratio), or side-mounted or center-mounted unit (40:1 gear ratios).
• Model SDB+ is an extra-heavy-duty commercial operator designed to operate doors up to 25' (7620mm) in height and 2800 pounds (1270kg). It is available as either a side-mounted or center-mounted unit.

Rolling Door Operators

• Model MD operates doors up to 14' (4267mm) in height and 560 pounds (254kg). It has a built-in safety system that automatically reverses during the closing cycle. It is available as a trolley-type or side- mounted unit.
• Model RG is a belt-driven commercial operator. Ground-level chain hoists for emergency or hand operation are optional. Mounting options include front of hood, top of hood or wall mounted.
• Model RDB is a heavy-duty, gear-reduced commercial operator. Ground-level chain hoists for emergency or hand operation are standard. Mounting options include front of hood, top of hood or wall mounted.

• Model CDO is a gear-reduced commercial operator with a 1/2 HP motor. The CDO operator may be used for doors up to 140 sq. ft. (13006 sq. mm). Mounting is front-of-hood only.
